About Devon Fleming
Devon Fleming is well known author and lifestyle personality in lower Connecticut. She is the founder and principal of DevonFleming.com LLC, a multi-media company providing solutions for the modern woman in the form of books, articles, an online magazine, radio, TV and internet endorsements and lectures. Devon is passionate about empowering women and girls and recently formed a non profit committed to this cause.
Devon earned her degree in business and initially opted to pursue a career on Wall Street where she spent many years working for Mike Bloomberg, as he started his financial empire, and then became a fixed income executive at Dillon Read, the oldest Investment Bank in New York. Over the past 12 years, through her own due diligence and defined standards, this wife, mother of three and business owner has quickly become a recognized source for identifying highly qualified home resources and has become known as the Home and Lifestyle Expert in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
In 2004, she compiled all of her favorite picks into “Devon Fleming’s Pink Book, and has published four editions since. Her new Pink Book scheduled for late 2010, will be a national resource guide to benefit Devon's non profit- the Academy of Women of Excellence- being launched in New York in November 2010.
In addition, Devon writes a business and lifestyle column entitled ‘The Household CEO’ that offers practical solutions using proven business strategies to women as they manage their careers, homes and families. She also lectures on this topic to women’s groups.
Lastly Devon Fleming is a local personality on the air. She contributes segments on Cox Radio and is a regular guest on ABC-TV affiliate program called Connecticut Style.
